(More customer reviews)I had tried several other descaler products and found them to work only superficially. It always required a long soak and then it was never really clean. The light indicating the unit needed to be cleaned would back on in no time. This stuff cleaned it perfectly with one application. I'm just going to keep a supply of these on hand now.
